Systemising your business is one of the most powerful things you can do to provide consistency to your customers, add value to your business, let your employees flourish, and ultimately build a business that works without you.

While it is a big step to make to structure your business to run without you, it is well worth the effort. It may well be one of the best investments of time you will ever make.

I was delighted to chat with Pip Meecham from ProjectBox on my podcast, A Better HR Business to look at the HOW in your business – how you do the things you do.

Pip is a systems champion with a love for all things systems, technology, processes, and workflows.

We talked about reviewing your processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness, implementing tools and technology to help streamline your operations, and building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

In particular, we took a deep dive into our favourite work management tool, ClickUp.

I write the Get More HR Clients blog on marketing for HR consultants and marketing for HR Tech companies as a former HR professional who has moved across to the marketing side of business.

In my HR marketing podcast, I talk with different HR consultants and HR tech companies from around the world to learn about what they do and how they keep their businesses healthy and moving in the right direction.

If you have questions you want me to ask me about growing an HR consultancy or marketing for HR tech companies, just let me know or visit the HR marketing services page.
