Additionally, he has spent 11 years as a consultant in the Private sector, providing valuable insights to a diverse range of industries including Private Healthcare, Travel, Technology/MSP’s, Renewable Energy, Childcare Providers, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Not-for-Profit organizations.
Doug holds the prestigious Chartered FCIPD qualification, showcasing his commitment to continuous professional development. Furthermore, he has obtained NEBOSH Level 3 Health and Safety certification, ensuring the well-being and security of individuals in the workplace. Additionally, he holds a Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, enabling him to guide and support professionals at all levels.

His journey into the field of HR began in 2001 when he recognized the opportunity to help adults thrive in their roles and enjoy their work environment.
