Doug holds the prestigious Chartered FCIPD qualification, showcasing his commitment to continuous professional development. Furthermore, he has obtained NEBOSH Level 3 Health and Safety certification, ensuring the well-being and security of individuals in the workplace. Additionally, he holds a Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, enabling him to guide and support professionals at all levels.
Driven by his passion for assisting others, Doug finds fulfillment in using his expertise to make a positive impact within businesses. His journey into the field of HR began in 2001 when he recognized the opportunity to help adults thrive in their roles and enjoy their work environment. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in various HR domains such as recruitment, payroll, pensions, reporting, change management, and conflict resolution.
Inspired by the needs of his friends who owned small businesses, Doug established his HR Consultancy. Providing support and guidance, he became a trusted advisor to business owners seeking the best for their people.
